Easy day really as it's the 1st day! Walked past my local which is basically underneath my apartment. Had the usual urge to go for a pint as have had a poor day at work. Not really much else to say. Not going for a beer on a Monday night isnt much of an achievement really is it?
I wont be updating this every day, and I'm hoping that this will be more than simply a diary of 3 months of boredom. I want to understand my attitude towards drinking and will be writing my thoughts as and when I have them.
